Refund policy

We have a 28 day refund policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them.

For Republic of Ireland returns, please go to www.parcelhub.ie to print out your return label, there is a small fee attached to this as it costs money to send back post.

For UK returns, please email us at hello@swimclub.ie and we can organise the return there - we're working hard to include UK returns on our returns portal to make it easier. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact hello@swimclub.ie for assistance.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order on the websiteand email hello@swimclub.ie to request a retrun label - thank you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it will take 14 days to process a refund from when we receive it.
